Sweet Varden ridden by Kenny Lau showed speed and closed rapidly on her opponents running past them to win the ‘Butchers BM 60 (Heat 1 SA Sprint Series)’ 1050m at Balaklava by 1.9L. This notches Sweet Vardens second win in a row and secures her a slot in to final of the SA Sprint Series.
