Mysticano finally broke through at Pt Augusta on Sunday in Race 4 the ‘Phillip Kittel Memorial Benchmark 64 Handicap’. Ridden by apprentice Gary Lo, he settled 4th in running, made a move just prior to the corner to go up outside the leaders and was too strong for the favorite, winning by 0.8L. Mysticano had been very unlucky not to have already won this preparation. With luck now on our side we are sure he will be winning again soon.

Spiegel Grove brought up a double for the stable when winning the BM64 1867m. It also secured the Pt Augusta Horse of the Year award for Spiegel Grove after previously winning 2 races this season.

Darren was also awarded with Pt Augusta Trainer of the Year and received a beautiful wrist watch. Thankyou to the Pt Augusta Racing Club, its committee, volunteers and sponsors for the incredible job they do each season. Also thankyou to all our clients for your continued support.
