What a thrill it was yesterday to see Goodarchie win his first start at Clare. Piloted by Gary Lo, Goodarchie jumped to the front and lead the entire way to win by 0.7 of a length.
Post-Race Darren said ‘Goodarchie is owned by Clare locals, this is what racings about, its very pleasing to know how the owners will be feeling right now. They bred Goodarchie, are local farmers and as a trainer it gives you a massive thrill.’ ‘He’s (Goodarchie) done a great job because he’s come off a farm and is still learning and still very new so he’s going to improve a lot.’
